Terms and Conditions

We love our customers and are always happy to share our products with new shops! We ask that you read our terms and conditions in its entirety to make sure you have a clear understanding of your responsibility as a buyer.

Minimum Order Value

Wholesale orders must meet a minimum of $345 USD in addition, Wholesalers must make a minimum purchase of $690 USD per year to maintain active accounts. If wholesale customers do not meet this requirement in a year Microlyscs reserve the right to deactivate their wholesale account.

Placing an order

    • All orders must be submitted via our wholesale site here. You must be a registered and approved user to view this site.
      • If you have not yet registered please go to the wholesale registration site http://microlyscs.com/wholesale/

      • Please have an order form on the web site available when calling so that you can reference item numbers.


Products or goods purchased from Microlyscs can only be sold at the manufacturer’s suggested retail price (MSRP). In the event the wholesale account chooses to place the products or goods for sale at a discount, the wholesale account shall not discount the products more than 15% below MSRP. Permission for special sale events beyond the 15% discount by the wholesale account must be requested in writing to hello@microlyscs.com and will typically be granted on a semiannual basis.

Wholesale Pricing

All approved authorized retailers, wholesalers, and distributors will receive our products at wholesale pricing. Note: All prices are listed in US dollars.


    • A return request for unused products must be submitted in writing directly to Hello@microlyscs.com with a subject line formatted as “Account number – wholesale returns” in the body of the email be sure to include specific details as to why you are requesting a return authorization.
    • Once your request has been reviewed you will receive a response with further instructions.
      • No returns will be accepted without Microlyscs prior approval and delivery instructions for transport.
      • Microlyscs is not responsible for any fees associated with shipping back product and therefore it is the responsibility of the buyer.
      • Returned merchandise will not be accepted if it is held for more than 15 days after receipt.
    • Once we receive your returned defective merchandise we will replace it with new merchandise at no additional shipping charge to the buyer.
    • For any goods returned as ‘unsuitable’ there is a restocking fee of 15%. Microlyscs does not accept returns of used products. Returns are usually approved for issues related to manufacturing defects.

Damages and Defects

It is the buyer’s responsibility to inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival. For damaged or defective shipments, please contact us at Hello@microlyscs.com within 5 days of receipt.


Microlyscs accepts credit cards (MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express) and EFT payments. All credit card payments currently do not incur a merchant fee.

Net 30 Terms

As Microlyscs is a startup and there is a high volume of orders to process, “Net 30 Terms” is not available at this time. Checks returned due to insufficient funds could be considered fraud which subjects the check writer to prosecution and fines. However, if we determine that there is no criminal intent we will only charge the customer reimbursement for bank fees and other incurred costs.


Shipping is not included in the cost of goods. On all orders freight will be charged on each invoice at a rate of 7% per invoice total, a minimum charge of $25.00 will apply.

  • Orders over $1500 are FIS (domestic)
  • For international shipping, buyer will be responsible for CIF and all tariff charges

Delivery Window

Please allow at least 10-14 days from the time of your order for it to be processed and for you to receive a shipment confirmation with your tracking number. Larger orders may require more time; please contact hello@microlyscs.com for information on product availability.


Out of stock goods will be back-ordered and shown on your invoice. If back-ordered goods are in stock at the time of your next order they will be added to your order without duplication. Outstanding back-orders will be shown on each invoice. If you wish to cancel any back-ordered items or not have back-orders listed on your invoice, please inform us. Back-orders under $1500 will be shipped on the same terms as outlined in the shipping section above. Back-orders over $1500 will not incur any additional shipping charges.


As long as the products are purchased for reselling with a valid reseller’s ID/Tax ID, buyer doesn’t have to pay any additional sales tax. If the buyer is buying for all other reasons expect to resell, then the buyer must contact Microlyscs so adequate sales tax is applied on the purchase.
